HOW TO GET READY FOR YOUR LOOPED MEET AND GREET WITH KEVIN FOWLER:

1. Download the Looped App to your mobile device. Apple: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id1438303679 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vipvr.android

2. Turn on app notifications through your device’s settings to receive reminders about the event on Looped.

3. Login to the Looped App with a valid email address.  You will be prompted to login via our Email Authentication Code process in which a unique login code will be sent to your email to complete your login .

4. Under MY EVENTS, use REDEEM TICKET CODE to enter the event ticket code to unlock access to the event

5. Meet and mingle with other fans by joining the event chat room in the Looped App shortly before the event start time.

6. Capture the moment! Take screenshots during your call using the on-screen camera button! A 3-2-1 countdown will pop up so you’re ready to pose!

7. Share your photo online! Tag @KevinFowler for a chance to be featured on our socials!

What Happens During The Event?

When the event starts you will be given a place in line, and when it’s your turn you will get to video chat with Kevin Fowler! In the meantime, log into the waiting room and chat with other fans, watch videos, check your camera, and more while you wait.

Do I Have To Keep The Looped App Open The Whole Time?

No, if you leave the app during the event we will send you push notifications when you are next in line and when it is your turn. (Make sure your ringer is on)

What If I Accidentally Leave The Video Chat?

You should be careful not to close the app during your video chat. It is also your responsibility to have a working high-speed internet connection during the event.

I Signed Up For An Event But I Am No Longer Available, Now What?

Unfortunately the Looped Meet and Greet cannot be rescheduled.

I Missed My Event, Now What?

Unfortunately the Looped Meet and Greet cannot be rescheduled. Is My Internet Fast Enough? Get ready for your call by checking your connection speed from your device at fast.com. You will want to have a connection speed of at least 30 Mbps.

Do I Get A Picture With Kevin Fowler?

Yes! You can take as many screenshots as you want, and they will be available right after the session. Press the screenshot button at the bottom of your screen to start a countdown for you and Kevin, to avoid blurry pictures.
